We’ve reserved all 52 uniquely styled rooms at Chalet View Lodge until 60 days before the wedding. It’s our weekend HQ with a relaxed, no‑curfew vibe—book early to claim your favorite space.

Check‑in: 4:00 PM · Check‑out: 11:00 AM. The resort isn’t able to accommodate early check‑ins or late check‑outs.

Book your room

2. Select your arrival and departure dates.
3. Click “Check Availability.”
4. Choose your room type and press “View Rates.”
5. Under Available Offers, press “Reserve.”
6. Complete the reservation form on the next page.

Reno‑Tahoe International Airport

Reno‑Tahoe International Airport is a 50‑minute drive away. We recommend renting a car—consider coordinating rides with friends. Rental Car Info .

JetBlue Airlines flight offers a direct JFK → RNO flight.

Delta Airlines flight offers a direct ATL → RNO flight.

Southwest and United offer direct flights out of MDW and ORD.

Directions from Reno‑Tahoe Airport

1. Take the left ramp onto I‑580 N.
2. Merge onto US‑395 N toward Susanville.
3. After ~25 mi, exit 8 at Hallelujah Junction for CA‑70 toward Portola/Quincy.
4. Turn left onto CA‑70 W and continue 27 mi.
5. Chalet View Lodge will appear on your left past Portola, CA.

Vans from Stockton & SMF

Flying into Stockton or Sacramento (SMF)? We’re happy to organize van shares from either airport so you can arrive with the crew.

Reach out to Lorraine or Chris at least a week before you land, and we’ll confirm the timing and seats for you.

The lodge is entirely ours for the weekend—wander between the pool, fire pits, playground, and golf greens, or sneak away to explore the town’s hidden gems. It’s our wedding, but it’s your mini-vacation.
